Delia Kovac is the Senior Manager of Rural Initiatives at the Wisconsin Economic Development Corporation (WEDC). Previously, Delia served as Development Director for Out in the Open in Vermont, where she helped organize rural LGBTQ+ people. She has also served as a Community Advisor to the Equity Action Fund at the Rhode Island Foundation and facilitated capacity-building training for grassroots organizations for the Sustainability Project of The Peace Development Fund.
