Owned by Bob Mazzacone, Designing Men was a gay boutique offering gifts, greeting cards, and a selection of leather/fetish gear. For years, the store had a large presence at pride festivals throughout Wisconsin and enjoyed local year-round success in Milwaukee. Unfortunately, the owner's legal issues led to the business closing abruptly in 2002. Mazzacone passed away in Chicago on July 17, 2010 at the age of 55.
