Grand West was a quiet, comfortable Green Bay cocktail lounge that opened in June 1986. Owned by Tim Westland, former manager of the Napalese Lounge, and Michael DeGrand, the business planned an upstairs restaurant named "Cafe Joshua" that never materialized. Grand West vanished from nightlife directories after February 1990. The building is no longer standing.
