Curtis Peck and George Kreuzer opened In Between in a vacant tavern in November 1995. The bar was named for being "in between" La Cage and Club 219, the two most popular nightspots on South 2nd Street. James "Lana St. James" Marr (later owner of Triangle) was the bar's activity director. In Between is remembered for supporting some of the best Green Bay Packers seasons (and Super Bowls) with huge celebrations. Despite being named one of Genre Magazine's "bar highlights" of 1998, In Between closed in May 1999.
