Who's Bar in Green Bay was opened in late 1984 by Mike Dziuba, who transformed the previous establishment, the Body Shop, into a new experience. Mark "Za" Mariucci, who began as the house DJ, later took over the space and opened the original Za's. We welcome any available information about this location.
