A statement from the group approx. 2004 reads: "The Milwaukee Knights purpose is to promote brotherhood in the leather community. We understand and appreciate that the leather lifestyle embraces a diversity of expressions including leather, latex, S&M, fetishes, and kink. We condone an active appreciation of learning to diversify and appreciate the value of community harmony within this diversity of self-expression."
