Oberons

Oberons was a Milwaukee-based gay Levi/leather club founded in 1987. Its stated purpose was to promote “brotherhood/sisterhood” among its members, other similar clubs, and people interested in the Levi/leather lifestyle.

In addition to providing social opportunities for its members, Oberons supported the broader Milwaukee community through its fundraising efforts. Each year, the club donated a portion of the money it raised to local charitable organizations, including groups involved in AIDS education and support.

Oberons disbanded between 2004 and 2006.
