Mike Murphy was a popular bartender at c'est La Vie, Club 219, and later La Cage nightclub.
Mike Murphy met his future partner Dennis Wolke in February 1981. Mike had started bartending at C'est La Vie, then went over to Club 219. Both Mike and Dennis later worked as bartenders at LaCage, where Mike spent 16 years bar tending. They retired and moved to Florida in October of 2007 (where they live fairly close to former LaCage owners George & Corey). They celebrated 30 years together in February 2011.
