Located in the Historic Third Ward, Milwaukee's first "champagne lounge" attracted classy customers seeking more than the basic beer bust. Opened by Kris Gorski and Kimberly Floyd, Cuvee was a stylish, sophisticated, and aspirational speakeasy located on the third floor of a commercial building. More than just a nightspot, Cuvee operated an extremely photogenic event space for many years. Cuvee closed its champagne lounge in fall 2014 to become an event-only space. The business seems to have closed in late 2018.
