We are still searching for more information about JT's Bar & Grill in Superior. It is listed in the Bar Guides in various Wisconsin LGBT media from about 2000 on, but we lose track of it around 2015. The only advertising or articles we have located thus far are in the short-lived publication G-Street magazine" in 2001.

Google images show the bar with "JT's Bar & Grill" signage in October 2008, but the next image, from July 2012, shows a sign partially blocked reading "XXXnanigan's Bar & Grill". and the image from October 2012 shows the bar as "The Whiskey Ward" so obviously "JT's Bar & Grill" closed sometime prior to July 2012. We found one on-line review for JT's dated 2010 but that is the last solid reference we have for JT's existence.
