Peter's on 4th was an upscale downtown restaurant located in the Commerce Building from 1983 to 1985. Offering an "InStep Reader Special," Peter's advertised in local gay media throughout its lifespan. By July 1985, the restaurant had been renamed Who's On Fourth.
