Rosie's Bar, a gay-friendly club in Oshkosh, was first mentioned as a "friendly place" in the January 1999 In Step. The bar was listed in statewide gay guides from March through October 1999. However, we do not know anything about its owners, business model, or reasons for closing. The building has since been razed. We welcome any available information about this location.
