Studio 200, the final club owned by Sharon Dixon, opened July 30, 2011 with a "Summer Super Soaker Party." Studio was the successor to Dixon's popular lesbian bar Fannies, which had operated here since 1982. The concept was known for its large dance floor, electronic music, and a lineup of local and international DJs. After nine years in business, the club closed for pandemic precautions on March 16, 2020 and never reopened. The building, still bearing the Studio 200 name, was demolished on September 16, 2024.
