Walker's Point Marble Arcade was a bowling alley that operated as a community hub for decades. Originally a Miller Brewery building, it was converted to Marn's Marble Arcade by Joe Marn in 1940. Frank and Charlotte Marunowski operated the business as Frank's Marble Arcade from 1944 to 1972. After Charlotte's death, her daughters Dorie Jankowski and Bobie Dobson ran the business until 1994, when it was sold to Perry Petta and Mike Phillips and remarketed to the gay community. The bar closed in 1997 for reasons unknown, and the building remained empty until Jacques Cafe opened in 2001. We welcome any available information about this location.
