Woof's opened in March 2008. Owned by Dino Maniaci and Jason Hoke, Woof's opened in March 2008 as a gay bar/sports bar mash-up that Isthmus called Madison's first "leather-bondage-industrial-techno space" with "sexy-dirty vibes." Featuring underwear nights, shirtless Bear Nights, County-Western events, and leather/fetish events, Woof's is home to dart, pool, rugby and sports lovers. Every summer, Woof's hosts the King Street Pride festival. Woof's is famous for its daily drink specials, especially its Sunday beer bust and Bloody Mary Bar.
